GIS 101 students will have single room accommodations in the Residence Esperence in Annecy for the duration of the program.
For graduate students receiving financial aid, your aid will automatically be applied to your e-Bill.
Payment:
- An initial non-refundable application fee of $75 must accompany each application (It is important to us that the application fee not be a barrier to accessing a program at the Tufts European Center in Talloires. If you are a current student with financial need of 25% aid or greater, please email us at europeancenter@tufts.edu to request an application fee waiver and provide a brief explanation for your request.
- A non-refundable program deposit of $500 will be credited to your e-Bill through SIS.
- All payments are made through a secure site, on the Tufts Mall website; https://secure.touchnet.net/C21525_ustores/web/store_main.jsp?STOREID=45
Refund Policy
Should circumstances require that a student withdraw from a program after they have made their deposit or payment, full refunds are not possible. Withdrawals after a deposit or final payment is made, must be submitted in writing to europeancenter@tufts.edu.
If a student withdraws:
- 31 or more days before the program begins: the $500 non-refundable deposit is forfeited
- 30 or less days before the program begins: one half of the total program fee is refundable 2026 dates:
- April 12, at 11:59 pm, for Tufts in Talloires
- June 2, at 11:59 pm, for GIS/UEP
- June 3, at 11:59 pm, for Tufts in Annecy
- June 1, at 11:59 pm, for Tufts Summit
- On or after the first day of the program: NO REFUND is possible
