Payment:
- An initial non-refundable application fee of $75 must accompany each application.
- A non-refundable program deposit of $500 will be credited to your Ebill through SIS.
- All payments are made through a secure site, on the Tufts Mall website; https://secure.touchnet.net/C21525_ustores/web/store_main.jsp?STOREID=45
Refund Policy
Should circumstances require that a student withdraw from a program after they have made their deposit or payment, full refunds are not possible. Withdrawals after a deposit or final payment is made, must be submitted in writing to europeancenter@tufts.edu.
If the student withdraws:
- 31 or more days before the program begins: the $500 nonrefundable deposit is forfeited
- 30 or less days before the program begins: one half of the total program fee is refundable (2024 dates: April 11, at 11:59 pm, for Tufts in Talloires/May 31, at 11:59 pm, for Tufts in Annecy and Summit)
- On or after the first day of the program: no refund is possible
