Meet Our Staff
Gabriella Goldstein, Director
Gabriella has served as Director of the European Center since 2002. Her long association with the European Center in Talloires dates back to the late 1980s and includes working with the U.S. Olympic Committee for the 1992 Albertville Winter Olympic Games. As Director, Gabriella enjoys the opportunity to welcome such a wide array of students and professionals to Talloires each year, and finds it particularly rewarding to facilitate their successes at the European Center. She is a Tufts alumna and is honored to be entrusted with the responsibility for the beautiful Prieuré building as well as the stewardship of the MacJannets' noble values of global citizenship and international exchange.

Nelson Millán Nales, Assistant Director
Nelson Millán Nales joined the Tufts University European Center as a Program Assistant in Summer 2022 and became Assistant Director in May 2023. He holds a B.A. in English Literature and Government from The University of Texas at Austin and an MPA from The University of Georgia, with Graduate Certificates in International Law, Education Law & Policy, and Nonprofit Leadership. He is currently pursuing a MALD at The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy. In this role, he oversees program operations, supports academic initiatives, and promotes cross-cultural exchange and experiential learning for students and faculty in Talloires, France. Nelson is passionate about upholding the MacJannet Legacy -- global citizenship, academic excellence, and education's transformative power in fostering connections among students, faculty, and the local community. Outside work, he enjoys reading, traveling, and playing the cello.

Kimberlee DeCrescenzo, Administrative Coordinator
Kim began working at Tufts in 2002 after having worked for five years as an elementary school teacher, specializing in fourth grade mathematics, reading and MCAS preparation. After almost 12 years of part time service to the Tufts Community Health Program, she is now the full time Administrative Coordinator for the European Center and recently completed the Tufts Manager Development Certificate Program. Kim enjoys getting to know the students before they embark, and then hearing their wonderful stories when they return. In her free time, Kim enjoys spending time with her family and friends, cooking and attending sporting events.

Emma Davis, Marketing and Communications
Emma started her Tufts European Center journey as a Tufts in Talloires student in 2019. Since then, she has worked as an Intern (2022-2023), a Senior Summer Assistant (2024), and now has returned to work year round in marketing and communications. She holds a B.A in International Relations from Tufts University, and has two years experience working in Avignon, France as an English Teaching Assistant. Outside of work, Emma enjoys painting watercolor “en plain air,” watching films with friends, and playing volleyball.
