Join us in welcoming Nelson Millán Nales, the newest addition to the Tufts European Center Team!
Nelson joined the Tufts University European Center as the Assistant Director in May 2023. He recently moved to Boston to join the Tufts community on the Medford campus after supporting programming in Talloires, France for the second summer in a row.
Nelson has previously worked in a variety of universities, managing undergraduate education abroad and project-based internship programs. His passion for fostering cross-cultural exchange and experiential learning opportunities abroad led him to pursue service in international higher education.
He holds a B.A. in English Literature and Government from The University of Texas at Austin, and a Master of Public Administration (MPA) with Graduate Certificates in International Law, Education Law & Policy, and Nonprofit Leadership & Management from the University of Georgia.
Nelson is excited to bring his skills and energy to the European Center, its programs and activities and to help carry on the MacJannet Legacy.
